Interview
F2F interview March 2022. Received an invite with out having to complete a virtual interview. Step 1...informative presentation about the company Step 2 group activity setting up on bar cart. Participate don't dominate. 15 minutes duration. This part is highly weighted. Step 3 one on one interview. They left 5 to 7 of us in a room like trash waiting to to be interviewed. The earlier people were interviewed given a reach test and jumpseat test and offers. We waited so long they moved us to another room so they could greet the 2 pm group. It was clear we were not getting hired. They could have handled the people they weren't hiring better. The interviewer was borderline rude and unbothered. As if she was mad she was stuck interviewing people they knew they were not hiring.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
