Filled out the app online, got an interview f2f in Jan and the process was simple. They fly you out to their facility the day before your interview. Hotel and food are all on you. You are there all day. They already know who they want, so they call them first then the other people waiting to be interviewed are called and taken back to the airport on a shuttle. Typical interview questions long all day process, but being prepared is the main part.

Did the assessment, completed some tax survey, submitted odvi, got invited to the virtual interview with recruiter Friday so hopefully I do well and forward with the f2f and ultimately end up with a cjo

Steps you will take to ensure you are successful at training
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
Its a multi-step interview process. First a resume submission and a questionnaire, then a pre-recorded interview with a few questions. I was asked this during the pre-recorded interview. Waiting for my live virtual interview!
