I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines (Houston, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
In a word, Fast. I applied on April 9, 2016 and received an email less than 12 hours later saying that my application was being forwarded to Inflight Services Recruiting. Eight hours later I received another email that I had been selected to continue to with the application process. I had 5 days to complete my Hire Vue interview and did it on the 4th day. It was tough. It's a very unique interviewing platform. Review the questions on here and take advantage of the practice questions but most importantly just be yourself! Less than 3 hours later I received another email saying I was being invited to attend one of the upcoming in-person group interviews. My F2F group interview is Monday, April 25th in Houston -- is anyone else going to be there? It'd be great to meet up.

First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
