I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at United Airlines in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online. United emailed a week later informing that I had been selected to continue with the interview process. It was an online interview through HireVue. Speaking to your laptop and maintaining eye contact with your camera is rather awkward, took me countless practice sessions before I started the official video interview. Make sure to utilise the practice rounds!
United emailed almost 2 weeks after I had completed the online interview with an invitation to a f2f in Houston! Ten days had passed and I was completely convinced my online interview was a fail, however on day 14, I received an email saying they had reviewed my entire application and would like to extend an invitation to meet with them in Houston to further discuss my application.
Will be flying out next week for the f2f!

Interview
First, you have to apply it and submit your application on United website when the flight attendant opposition is opening.
Then, you will get an assessment, kinda like a personality test.
Second, you will be invited to a virtual interview. basically, you need to answer 8 questions and record your answers. You have 3 attempts to record it.
Completed the assessment and attended the optional Q&A teams meeting , I am now awaiting the virtual face to face . It’s been almost a month of waiting however in the Q&A meeting they mentioned that it can take some time possibly towards the end of summer .
It started with the Assessment, followed by 8 video questions, and then the video interview. The in person final interview I am waiting for. They said I would know in 2-5 business days.
