I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tesco (Douglas) in Feb 2023
Interview
Easy - common sense questions. Basically just about getting to know you and if you’re a good fit for the team. Very relaxed interviewer, made me feel relaxed and if I didn’t understand or wanted something explained or rephrased they were more than happy to assist.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Manchester, England)
Interview
I applied online and received a call the following day asking to go into store for an interview.
I attended the following week for a 1:1 with the night manager.
The questions asked were very simple just quite a lot of them.
I was shown onto the shop floor where I shadowed a colleague for 20 minutes.
After around a week later I received a call to say I had been successful, my induction was four days later - this is the longest and most mind numbing part of the interview process. Be prepared for hours of statutory H&S videos.
