I applied online and received a call the following day asking to go into store for an interview. I attended the following week for a 1:1 with the night manager. The questions asked were very simple just quite a lot of them. I was shown onto the shop floor where I shadowed a colleague for 20 minutes. After around a week later I received a call to say I had been successful, my induction was four days later - this is the longest and most mind numbing part of the interview process. Be prepared for hours of statutory H&S videos.
