I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Edmonton, AB) in Dec 2015
Interview
The process was less than a month from time of contact after job application. I was called to book a telephone interview date. The process was a telephone interview and then face2face interview before offer. You need to make preliminary preparations for the interviews and come across as confident as you need that in sales anyway.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Scotiabank (London, ON) in May 2022
Interview
It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.
