It is a multiple stage interview process: First phone pre interview with the recruiter, zoom interview with a branch manager and zoom panel with a branch manager and someone from the district administrative team.

Applied via an internal employee recommendation. Contacted approx. 30 days after applying. Was contacted via Telephone and was asked questions regarding my education and experience. Great chat, maybe 30-45 minutes very informal.
Set up another phone interview with behavioural and situational questions being asked - 1 - 1.5 hour chat. The job description was outlined and next steps outlined. Passed an online questionnaire and asked to meet with a branch manager for a 1 on 1 interview. Interview was a recap and focus was on organizational match.
Final phone call and job offer.

It has taken longer than expected. About a month to complete the interviews and the whole process. It took about 1 week after applying to be contacted for first interview and then another 15 days for second interview. The interviewer was to the point and not very friendly, but very honest and clear about pay and what I will need to do once I start.

Very friendly and focused on creating a dialogue, have to go through multiple interviews so only negative is that it can take quite a while to actually get to the end with an offer
