Interview
Two stages. First interview was via the phone for screening processes and initial set of questions. Second interview consisted of behavioural based questions. Both interviews went very well and the on-boarding went very smoothly.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
