I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Scotiabank (Markham, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
Received a phone call from my recruiter, she explained to me the job process and where I will be located. Explained everything involved in the role before beginning the interview process. On the side note, I did not the branch I had initially applied for, however, that was also explained to me prior to the interview questions. My recruiter wanted to make sure I was okay with working at the new location before interviewing me.

Question 1
What would you do if you saw a co-worker or manager engaging in something could damage the company, even something as little as stealing 25 cents?
The branch manager contacted me on LinkedIn without applying to any REq ID, and then I got a panel interview with AM and CEL. The panel interview was around 35 min long, and in 4 days, I got a verbal offer from them, and now I am waiting for the written offer letter.
Two-step interview process, The first rounds usually are generic. HR screening ground. Whether you are perfect fit for the role or not. And second will be with the branch manager if you are applying for the retail branch.
