Interview
I was called about a week after sending in my resume. It was by the HR recruiter. I had a series of 4 interviews, 1 was a bilingual test for French and English over the phone, 5 min conversation. the other was an online simulation. I then had an over the phone conversation for about an hour with the recruiter about my experiences and she asked a bunch of difficult scenario questions. My final interview was in person at the call center. It was with two people and not as complicated as the phone interview.

The first time, I was invited for a vifeo recorded interview. Secondly followed by someone interviewing me. Thirdly, I was asked the day I would like to resume. I was asked to submit the names of my former employers to enable them contact them.

Applied online, received email two weeks later. Two step process of survey, and then online customer stimulation (be sure to have a pen and paper, and pay attention to all details and read it clearly!). Got an email back to have a "recorded" online interview. Essentially you record your answers. Final step was another interview through webcam with an HR person.

Interview
Fully completed with HR over the phone, via e-mail, and a final interview through a Skype/Facetime-like app.
There was one portion that was a virtual simulation of what it is like to be a Customer Service Rep where you had to sort of recall and enter in things that were said verbally, sort of as an aptitude test. When they say be sure to do it in a quiet place where you won't be distracted, they mean it.
