An interview with two hiring managers. They asked questions each from a script. A very non-threatening and inviting interview. It was in their Scotiabank plaza in one of the rooms outside a secure area. I had to take an elevator to get there. I arrived 10 minutes early and they were right on time.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
