Interview
Mostly conducted by telephone. Manager was in another state so this was probably not out of the ordinary. When several candidates were identified, there were scheduled interviews onsite. It was very straight forward. After that there was an offer on the spot. I heard back almost immediately after the interview.

Nothing out of the ordinary. No short term or long term goal type questions. Mainly it was 'do you want the job?'
