Met all of the team members with whom I'd be potentially working. We asked questions back and forth - very conversational. The whole process took 3 hours, but by the end of it, I felt like I had a good grasp of the personalities of the team members. They all had many questions that challenged my energy knowledge, my quantitative skills, and some of the questions were out of the blue, like 'what is the last movie you saw'?
