It was an online, auto-recorded interview where I was given a question prompt and my webcam recorded a 2-minute answer before moving on to the next question. No humans are involved. Felt quite impersonal.

The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was a HireVue interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. The second round was a one-hour technical interview. The final round, which lasted about an hour, was with the Director and Principal Software Engineer, focusing primarily on cultural fit and alignment with the company's values.
