Interview
You start off with a personality assessment and a video interview. The personality assessment asks weird questions but its meant to gauge if you're a leader and what type of leader you'd be. After that is the one-sided video interview. You have 30 seconds to think of an answer and 30secs to 2 mins to answer, depending on the question. It's pretty straightforward "why do you want this job", "why SE?".
After that is an HR interview, 2 manager interviews, and a panel interview that requires a 15-minute presentation. I didn't make it past the HR interview because apparently, I'm not "passionate" enough. Sure. Besides that the process is straightforward and fairly easy questions. Not sure how the manager interview is.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2023
Interview
Multiple stages, First met with the program leader for a normal interview process, then met with a panel of current program members and gave a presentation about myself and why I should be with the program.
Not stressful. First round was a general get to know you chat. The second round was a panel style interview where you present some slides that you prepare. Centered around getting to know you and your values.

Interview
The interview process at Schneider was a great experience overall. I had 3 interviews. All of them were pretty conversational with a few behavioral questions mixed in. The interviewers were really nice and understanding.
