First was a solicited invite to a personal interview, it was held at the college career center and was a polite upfront conversation. I met with the manager of the sales engineer team, my impression was I would work well with him. However, the interviewer felt I my technical skills had more to offer to the smart grid area and he would give me a strong recommendation to that department. I was contacted two weeks later and requested to take a pre-screening psychology exam called "The Achiever". FYI persons's with Learning disabilities may have issues with this method. About 1 to 2 weeks after I was sent an email explaining a answer to move on or not would be given in mid December. Received a email in Feb. Typical unneeded drawn out rejection email " we get so many applicants, we were so impressed with you, etc...", and half way down is the answer.
