Initial phone screening with recruiter. In person panel interview on site with department lead and study director, asked about background and general knowledge of company history and remit, as well as what previous knowledge/experience I had on processes and technologies, what I understood about the role.

Upon your arrival, they confiscated your phone and presented you with a six-page set of chemical questions to answer, which made you feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I don't believe these actions reflect positively on the company or its professionalism.
