I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP in Jan 2015
Interview
I applied through a data-base at my university and was prompted to schedule a phone interview. The initial phone interview went very well and the questions were not totally cliche or boring, and they actually cared about each interviewees interests and career goals. However I was told I'd have a followup phone call for an in-office interview, never received one and assumed I was toast. Then I was alerted I got the job a few weeks later. I still don't understand how that happened, but I went with it!

I applied through other source. I interviewed at SAP in May 2024
Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a panel. The hiring manager had a tendency to use a stressful questioning style, and frequently interrupted my answers (more than three times, which was quite disruptive).
On the other hand, panel interview were very open and willing to share the real challenges and difficulties they face in their daily work, which I found to be very practical and down-to-earth.
