Multiple interviews. Expect a possible case study or role play. Looking for self starter. Expect multiple people on the SAP side during the interview including a potential colleague and a manager.

first there is an interview with HR, and then a bootcamp with group activities that where hold in presence in their office. At the end they decided based on these two meetings

Tell me about a challenge that you had and how have you managed it
Quite basic, three interviews, one case interview and assessment centre. It was a long process and they start their cycle slower than everyone else. That being said the interview process is not stressful and allows to be yourself
