      The interview process was conducted smoothly and consisted of three comprehensive rounds. The initial two rounds were primarily focused on coding skills and assessing technical abilities. These rounds aimed to evaluate the candidate's problem-solving capabilities, algorithmic thinking, and proficiency in programming languages. The questions presented in these coding rounds might have included algorithmic problems, data structures, or coding challenges. The candidates were expected to provide efficient and correct solutions within a given time frame. After successfully clearing the coding rounds, the candidates proceeded to the third round, which was an HR interview. This round aimed to assess the candidate's overall fit for the organization and their interpersonal skills. The HR interviewer may have asked questions about the candidate's background, previous work experience, their motivation for joining the company, and their ability to work within a team. Additionally, questions regarding the candidate's strengths, weaknesses, and their approach to handling challenging situations might have been addressed. Overall, this multi-round interview process was designed to evaluate the candidates thoroughly, considering both their technical proficiency and their compatibility with the company's culture and values.

      3 rounds of interviews: quick prescreening call with HR, on-site meeting with the manager, and a tech call with the lead engineer. Prescreening was as usual. On the same day, I got a call from the manager and planned a second round for the next workday. The second round was the most important. First quick introduction, then easy puzzle, then 15 min of technical questions (OOP, basic programming principles, Relational DBs, etc) - pretty easy, nothing too deep. Then, about 40 minutes talk about previous experience, position, hobbies, and other basic topics. Very pleasant and friendly, good atmosphere. The third round was very quick - no live coding, a couple of architectural questions, static code analysis, and how to improve it (N+1 problem), SQL questions, overall around 10-15 minutes. Received an offer a couple of days after. The whole process was clean, friendly, and fast at every level.
