Series of three interviews - longer process than expected but received good feedback from the hiring manager. Interviews consisted of understanding role fit with a strong interest in culture and attitude.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SAP
Interview
A recruiter initially reached out to me on LinkedIn regarding the opportunity and encouraged me to apply. After completing an interview with the hiring manager and a panel interview that included a case presentation, I was extended an offer.
During the offer discussion, I asked whether the compensation could be adjusted to better align with my current salary. The company responded with an increase, which I appreciated, and I reiterated my strong interest in the role.
As a follow-up, I asked generally whether a signing bonus might be available to help bridge the remaining compensation gap. I did not provide a specific amount or make any demands. Shortly after raising that question with the recruiter, I was informed that the offer was being revoked.
Masters in ghosting very unprofessional they never answer to any follow up email after several attempts to get any information from them it’s a waste of your time to interview with them
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at SAP (Bogota, Cundinamarca) in Apr 2026
Interview
Very nice process, I really enjoyed it. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I felt the process really professional all along. The only thing is that you might have to have some patience, the process can take a long time (1-1.5 months)
