The process requires an initial application where you have to provide your CV, cover letter and answer a longer question (in my case it was about something to do with technology that interested me). Then you have a phone interview and then an assessment centre including a group task and presentation, an computer test to test your skills for the job and an interview.

Erg lang en niet altijd duidelijke communicatie. Lastig om iemand telefonisch te bereiken of via de mail. Ik heb begrepen dat dit per team verschillend kan zijn in verband met de grootte van het bedrijf.
straightforward and objective. easy but directive questions. It took half an hour, as the first interview but I was declined. I will apply again but I am sure I will be declined again.
