Interview
The experience was pleasant. The people were very personable and I was given a nice tour of the facility. I was not made to feel intimidated in any way, and after the interview I was escorted to the cafeteria where I was offered a complimentary beverage, which I enjoyed with some more informal chat with my interviewer.

I was asked my back story, following which I was asked to present one of the projects I had worked on in case study form. This was followed by specific questions relating to my case study. The questions were designed to gauge my design thinking and design process.
The recruiter was very friendly and asked the standard screening questions about why we were interested, our background, etc. The next step after however was an unpaid, 3 hour design challenge...
