Interview
Interview process starts with a call from HR would review and confirm some details on your CV. HR would also step Phone interview. There were multiple phone interviews from various members of the team. After 3 round of interviews, there was studio test that required you to go onsite and do design exercise. The result of the exercise would be reviewed by a panel. Final you need to talk to the head of a department. Result would be communicate to you by HR in 2 days.

Fake Job, Fake Interview- Don't give this hiring manager your intel. This isn't a real job, its been posted for at least 6 months. The questions asked were irrelevant, I think this hiring manager gleans important information (How do you set up a UX team), from qualified candidates.

15 phone interview with HR, 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager, 1 hour on site team interview with presentation, 30 minutes solo with each team member. questions were very fair and balanced. they knew exactly what they where looking for. efficient process. no trick or smart a** questions. just a walk through prior work and understanding the personality.
