The interview was three steps. Pre-qualification with the HR recruiter, With a Pannel through skype and the line manager. The HR admin was based out of South Africa and did not communicate the full requirements. As one of the requirements for the panned interview was to make a presentation solving a hypothetical business problem where team building and problem solving was applied. I did not have the presentation - how ever having done IT for a very long time I had an other presentation available that I tried to present. Keep in mind that they use Skype for interview purposes and loading files and extending desktops is a pain.
