3 stage interview process, with recruiter, team lead then back to recruiter. Psychometric and aptitude testing. Recruiter was from different time zone with no direct link to team interviewing for.

Interview
Very disappointed in the interview and feedback process. I went through 3 interview rounds, plus had one conversation with the recruiter before formally interviewing. The whole process took over two months - during this time the recruiter barely reached out. Found out I was not moving forward after reviewing my online application. Did not even get an automated rejection email. Was hoping for a much better experience.

Interview
A complete and utter joke. I have interviewed a few times, been passed through to the manager, then the job disappeared. Tried again, sounded like I would get an interview and then denied again for the job. For a company that values their culture so much they treat applicants like dirt. Rethink your process on this as it creates a lot of frustration and questions as to why the system is broke there. Don't waste my time, I have better things to be doing than playing your games.
