It is a really quick process. After you submit an application, they will call you and schedule an interview. Where they will go over your application and ask you why you want to work there. As well as, what experience you have with working with animals and how comfortable you are with animals.

I got a call from the store manager two days after I applied to schedule an interview. Then I had the interview with 2 team members and a background check after.
Good interview. Ask a lot of good very insightful questions. Cares about who they were talking to. Would recommend talking with this company. Was not hard at all. Just be prepared.
