The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied online and got a call back a few days later for an in person interview. I came in and the Assistant Store Leader interviewed me. It was all went very smoothly and I got a call back a week later offering me the job.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
Was asked some basic questions pertaining to my knowledge of animals, customer service, etc. It was probably about 30 minutes long and pretty basic. I'd say it's the typical process for a first job for a teenager.
very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
