Applied online in July for a Pet Care Manager position. Got a call back in early Sept. Interviewed for a new store opening with GM and Operatons Managers. Interview went very well I thought. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Received a store tour and received a call later in the day with an offer. Took drug test 3 days later and received final offer exactly a week later.

Have you ever had a dispute with a co-worker or associate that was difficult to overcome? How did you go about it and what was the outcome?
Sucks big time. People suck. Hours suck. Customers suck. Employees suck. Typical protocols are horrendous and you are expected to do way to much for a little sage. Ten out of ten do not recommend.

Very informal, and very candid. Total interview time was 4 hours. For management, you have to be interviewed by two separate store leads. They work with you to ensure you are a good fit.
