Very painless process. Quick. Interviewed with a "Store Leader" and it took about 20 minutes max. Simple questions. Then I was asked to stay and meet the Store Manager to interview with her as well. I was offered the positon the same day. The whole process, including drug test and signing employment papers, from the day I applied to the first day I started was approximately a week total.
