face to face interview. Overall good. Topics are more related to creative and advertisement. there are three rounds of interview. One with Creative director, second round with Branch Head and the last one is HR level

I submitted my CV together with my portfolio as part of the job application process. After that, I waited for an interview invitation email. Following the interview, I was required to complete an assessment as the next stage of the recruitment process.
It was a three steps interview process, first I talked with HR, then had an interview with the specific team that was hiring and at last a review of a practical exercise
I applied online. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Barcelona) in Apr 2024

I applied through LinkedIn, and some weeks later HR reached through a quick phone call (lasting for around ten/15 mins). 1st interview with 2 creative directors, final interview with managers. Final call with HR + accepting the offer.
