Very straightforward interview. Interviewers were friendly and were glad to chat about anything. The interview was only 20-25 minutes long. Asked basic behavioural questions that doesn't require too much preparation

Standard behaviours. Who am I? What can I contribute?
Tell me about yourself, how good are your technical skills?, where do you see yourself in 5 years. Wait time around 2 weeks and did not receive an offer. Very nice interviewers
Long and quantitative process with many technical questions. Quiet interviewer which makes the process harder in my opinion. No follow up email after 2nd round interview. Interview was an hour long.

Initial HR screen was pretty straightforward. Basic behavioral Qs about why OMERS, why you etc. the HR screen was followed by a chat with their investment team which dove deeper into your own investment style, what things to look out for et cetera.
