OMERS interview questions

Met with HR manager. Was a very friendly two-way convesation. Given the nature of the role was very unique, they took time walking me through the job description in detail. Job went to internal candidate ultimately but kept me informed of process and communicated quickly on outcome.

Recruiter screening (30 minutes) - General discussion about role, background, salary expectations etc. Panel interview with the hiring manager and team. Questions around resume, experience and scenario based questions. Overall positive experience.
