I apply for the position online from their website and was sent an email about 3 wks later requesting to set up time for a phone interview. Phone screening lasted about 45mins and was very informative. Then a wk after the phone interview, I received an email for a face to face. The recruiters were very accommodating and flexible with dates and times. After submitting my times, they sent me my interview itinerary a few days later. I was scheduled to interview with 2 individuals and they were supposed to last 30mins each. The first interview was extremely informative and I got a great vibe from my interviewer. The first interview went over the alloted time of 30 to 45mins. However, the second interview didnt seem to go as well as the first. The interviewer seemed to be swamped with work (not unusual) and was working while interviewing. Needless to say I couldnt really read this interviewer as I did the first. Overall, the interview was extremely informative and I felt that I did well after I left. Especially since after the second interviewer was speaking to me about next steps. Now Im still waiting to hear back regarding next steps.
