Procedure was a standard one, email from recruiter, interview with recruiter, interview with hiring manager. After having in person interviews minimum expected is that feedback is received via phone, but this company is just sending the generic rejection email that states generic reasons for not going further. So next to not spending couple of minutes for a on call feedback, that should not be a problem after candidate invests some time in 2 rounds of interviews, but also gives incorrect feedback as the one received is from generic email. That makes overall experience very bad, and shows no respect to candidates and their time.
