Part 1: Phone Screen- very straightforward. Why do you want to work here?
Part 2: Phone Interview. All the normal questions, plus "Tell me about your most significant leadership experience, "What was your biggest learning moment in the past year", "What makes you uniquely qualified for this position"?
Part 3: Invitational interview. Dinner with VPs the first night, 5 hour interview process the following day. 3, 1-hour interviews with one or two VPs. Luncheon with current ELAs. Present a Case Study to 2 members of the team. Case study was not technical, but be familiar with strategies for presenting cases. The day is exhausting, and you'll have to be on your game the whole time.
I know they were looking for lots of teamwork and leadership experience, so throughout the interview process, I'd recommend really knowing what type of leader you are, and how you handle (or would handle) difficult situations and/or people.
