Started off with the written assessment (was given an hour to complete it) followed by a face to face interview with the Client Service Managers. It was a rather chilled interview where the interviewers asked some basic interview questions.

Next interview is with the Manager and Associate Director - asked about previous market research projects done, asked to rate myself from 1 to 10 on things like initiative, sense of urgency, hardwork, etc ; was also asked usual interview questions like strengths and weaknesses

There are two sets of interview: the first interview is with the HR Manager then the second one is a panel interview with different hiring managers. All interviews are usually processed in just one day.

Interview
Initial interview by a HR consultant. 24 hours before my interview he sent me a case study to analyze. Thereafter I had a panel interview with 6 members where I had to present my findings from the case study.
