I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NAVEX (Kalispell, MT) in Jan 2022
Interview
This was via teams, but phone only, no video. Recruiter was nice, personable, well-spoken, prompt. I was impressed with her honesty and how she seemed to truly like the company when I got to ask her questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NAVEX (Lake Oswego, OR) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had the basic assessment that everyone, even people in non-technical positions have to take. Next they had me do a 30 min. phone screen with HR. I then had to retake the initial assessment so they could verify I hadn't cheated the first time and I was offered the option of doing this over Skype or doing it at their office and then getting a tour. I opted for the latter.
Next I had a short phone interview with one of the software managers. They asked me about the project work I had on my resume which was fine, but also some scenario based problem solving questions related to things that I didn't have much experience in so I couldn't answer very well. Next was a 3 hr in person interview where I met with 3 different pairs of people made up of both managers and developers. I had to write a small bit of code in SQL, solve an object oriented problem and do a couple white-board problems in whatever language I wanted. For a portion of the interview they went right down my resume asking questions about things I had written on it. They will check all the links you put on it i.e. github and LinkedIn because at one point they asked me questions related to stuff I had on those sites.
Everyone was very personable and friendly and I had a great experience the whole way through the process. I would've happily accepted the offer if I hadn't gotten another one from a company that had better benefits.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NAVEX (Lake Oswego, OR) in Jun 2015
Interview
I initially submitted my resume online. Questions were largely based on my resume at first. I took a personality test and cognitive test before the behavioral phone screening, and did a second cognitive test on-site. There was a technical phone screening before the onsite interview that was very resume-based. In-person questions were more about object oriented design and problem solving approach. Interviews were with 4 engineers (two at a time) and 2 managers.
