First round was a competency test followed by a telephone competency based interview. Second round was an assessment centre day. Was flown to London, had to debate a CRM strategy with 5 minutes preparation and pitch a product line to managers. Had to prepare a poster for the presentation for the pitch using limited resources, magazines, photos etc.... Interview was quite competitive and you really had to be able to stand your ground. Dress code is formal/professional. A second language is beneficial but not essential.
