Positive Outlook

Pros

Great culture and and true sense the team cares about their people. You get to work with smart people, and collaborate towards a common goal. Good benefits, and flexible.

Cons

Base salary and bonus could be more competitive. Working hours can be long, due for system inefficiencies.

L'Oréal is the #5 World's Most Attractive Employer for the 2nd year in a row! This year Universum surveyed over 185,000 business, engineering, and IT students in the world’s 9 largest economies (Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, the UK and the US). They asked these groups of future talent to provide insights into the company characteristics they find most attractive in a potential employer, as well as who they perceive to be their ideal employer.  "We are very honored to be ranked so highly in Universum. Our people-driven culture, which has always been our driving force, resonates with the aspirations of young people who want to grow and have a voice in an inclusive and entrepreneurial environment, while having an impact on society and the planet. At L'Oréal, everyone contributes to a common and unique experience, that of creating beauty that moves the world”, says Michael Kienle, Global Vice-President Talent Acquisition, L’Oréal Groupe.
