I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Paris) in Feb 2013
Interview
2 rounds of interview.
1st: group interview with an HR - about you overall personality (can be in English), no need to talk about your business experiences.
2nd: 1-1 interview with the future manager - focused on previous experiences, and our personal perception of the role we are applying for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Describe your self by choosing a picture (pictures are on the table)
-Why the Professional product department, how is the industry today, what are the challenges of the hair salons today in France?
2 rounds interview where you meet Human Resources specialist first and then the manager of your future position. The whole process takes from one week to 2 weeks. I had good experience. Smooth process.
