I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal in Mar 2015
Interview
Interview with an HR recruiter, then the HR director, then the Division Manager for whichever function you choose, then the regional director of L'Oreal. They take a while to get back to you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical HR questions - tell me something about yourself, why L'Oreal, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Sometimes they throw in function-specific questions such as asking to make a marketing campaign on the spot for a certain brand, so be familiar with brands and their identities! Also, make sure your outfit is on point.
