The first round was an AC, where candidates were grouped into 5/6. There were 2 sections, with the first on coming up with marketing strategy of either a moisturiser or a cleanser or both (depending on your group's focus) from L'Oreal Men in order to compete with Garnier. The second part is an budgeting decision. The group needed to allocate a sum of money into 2 areas after some calculations. Interviewers will shoot you questions on your reasoning. I got into the second round. The group of interviewers were from different brands and positions. Each of them was looking for candidates to join their own team.
