There were two stages to the interview process. Primarily an HR interview who wants to get to know you better a person and get an idea of which devision you best fit in. Then secondly, there will be a team meeting interview, in which you meet your future manager. He or she will ask more role-related questions. The managers interviewing me asked me to discuss some charts and graphs, and then of course also asked some more general questions to get to know you and an understanding of how you would fit into the team.
