Interview
1. Early May : Got a phone call from HR and asked about my experiences
2 days after got an email invitation for user interview
2. Mid-End May : Had a user interview for about 1,5hours. The interview was fun and engaging
2 weeks after got an email invitation for GM interview
3. Mid June : the interview was quite similar with previous stage, but I had that not easy feeling.
A day after got an email regarding to the application.
I managed to asked the reason why i got rejected, and the HR response was pretty professional.

Premier entretien avec un talent acquisition. Deuxième entretien avec le responsable RH. Enfin, entretien manager et direction pour valider le match avec le profil et les équipes et les missions. Processus sans piège, rapide et professionnel.

Very direct. 3 rounds. Very quickly if they’re interested. HR, hiring manager, department head. First was a teams call, second and third rounds in person. I applied 3 months ago and was called back two months after.
