Detailed phone interview. Attended "Super Day." Met with 1 HR and 3 senior management (directors and above). Around 18 candidates attended. Somewhat "French" focused and valued the background. Attitude and culture of company apparent through interview process. Freebies were received.

brandstorm is tough but tbh doesn’t rlly play a part in if u get hired or not. u just have to participate to get ur resume viewed. However generally just be chirpy, show ur proactive and excited to learn and you’ll be in! they also value caring abt the product and love for loreal a lot
