I was contacted after a long time after I applied online.
At first I had a phone interview scheduled and it was in French, German and only secondarily in English.
The interview was serious and thorough and I had the chance to discuss issues such as salary expectations well ahead of time.
Afterwards I had an interview with the Country Head of HR and it was very professional and pleasant too. Last will be an interview with Region Managers etc.

Une première étape avec une RH qui teste notre fit avec le Groupe, puis une deuxième étape avec une RH de la division vers laquelle on nous a redirigé, puis un entretien avec un opérationnel
Online gesolliciteerd, helaas was de communicatie gedurende het proces erg vaag. Erg lang wachten op reacties, jammer. Uiteindelijk door veel moeite en eigen initiatief te horen gekregen of je een ronde verder kwam.

Interview
Nach Eingang der Onlinebewerbung kam eine Einladung zum Telefoninterview mit einer Personalerin circa 2 Wochen später. Das Telefongespräch wurde dann 4 Wochen später terminiert und dauerte ungefähr eine Stunde.
