I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Melbourne) in Mar 2016
Interview
It was dynamic and exciting. However took way too long to get back to me. - Nearly 3 months. Firstly the set of questions, resume check and psychometric testings were done. Next round was a video interview where they asked me 5 questions. Next round was a group interview and a one on one pitch. Having got through that, the final interview was the one on and interview.
Interviews for summer internships from the Brandstorm competition will ask you a lot about your background and key points on your resume and how you would be able to incorporate that into L’Oreal.
hard, difficult case study and interview, do research on the role. important to project confidence and show passion, and you should be able to talk about what you have learnt from past internships or projects
