I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2014
Interview
Basic sales interview process. Starts with a phone call. Then main interview with your potential manager and HR person. Expect behavioral questions (i.e. sell this pen to me, sell yourself, etc). Finally, any follow up interview with higher ups beyond that and you are pretty much a shoe-in. They just want to make sure they like your vibe at the director level...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I'll leave you in this room for 5 minutes and, when I get back, I'd like for you to try selling me this pen.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at L'Oréal (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Interview was basic. Interviewer was not really engaged at all from the very first question. Seemed distracted and didn't ask any questions or give me an opportunity to ask any. Would have been better for them to cancel than to interview me when they most likely already had an internal candidate or something.
Digital three question Describe a situation when you encourage a group of people to work together Describe a situation when you negotiateed with others in your organization What did you do when you need to motivate a group of individuals
